The hotel provides a decent value for the summer in Okanagan, with a convenient downtown location close to restaurants and the public beach. However, I was disappointed by the outdated decor and cleanliness issues, which detracted from my overall enjoyment. While it could be suitable for a short stay, I wouldn't recommend it for longer visits.

Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, but we were surprised to find only one small shared bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. The decor was rather dull, and I noticed a broken phone and towel rack that could use some maintenance.

I was really let down by my stay. The hotel has a great location right by the lake, which is perfect for outdoor activities, but the rooms desperately need some updates. The service was friendly yet inconsistent, and while the outdoor amenities like the BBQ area were enjoyable, the cleanliness of the rooms could use serious improvement.
